To be a member, you must:
- Agree to respect the Centre’s Code of Conduct
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a physical or cognitive disability
- Be motivated to participate in the activities
- Agree to respect the Centre’s Code of Conduct
- Pay the annual membership fee
- Pay the costs of certain activities and outings

If you or someone you know is living with a physical or cognitive disability and would like to become part of the Action Centre, come and visit us to see what we are all about. Our members contribute so much to the Centre. Be it by helping with day-to-day activities, organizing events and outings, or helping others, our members constantly provide an example of what a person can achieve when given the opportunity.
