We’re excited to announce that our inaugural Chair Aware Challenge™ Celebrity Wheelchair Basketball Tournament will be held on Saturday, May 29th at the McGill University Sports Complex, in support of Montreal’s 100,000 physically disabled.

This event will bring together celebrities, corporations and media from across Montreal, and promises to be the spring event of the season.



With our “You’ve Been Tagged” theme, we’re tagging everyone to come out and join us. It’s a great way to encourage friends and friendly rivals! You can either choose to watch and enjoy the festivities, or you can be an active participant by forming your own team! There are places still available!

Oscar Award winning film director, Denys Arcand to play basketball on Dream Team.

Trevor Williams confirmed to be on our Celebrity Dream Team.

Montreal Allouette Cheer Leaders will be attending to cheer on our teams competing.

The tournament will begin at 4:00 PM with teams competing in a round-robin competition. The final game will start at 5:00 PM where the winner of the round-robin tournament will take on the Dream Team – You won’t want to miss it!

Finally, the day will end with our President’s Cup "Basket" Ball, hosted by our honorary pres
