| The Action Centre is organizing teams to
participate in our 4rd Annual Charity event and looking for both companies
and individuals to partake. Whether you’ve played any basketball or not,
please join us for this lively and friendly tournament. Register here.
Donate to your team. |
Teams will compete in wheelchairs and play games that last about 15 minutes.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 11th and will be comprised of the following:
• a Round-Robin wheelchair basketball tournament at
Lower Canada College (10 p.m. - 6 p.m.).
A casual Celebratory Cocktail party will follow (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.)

Team Facts

Each team needs to appoint a team
captain and/or a team administrator |

Teams can be all Male, all Female or
Co-ed |
|
A minimum of 5 players per team |

Minimum Corporate Entry Fee per team =
$5,000 |

Team competes in a Round-Robin
tournament – 15 minutes a game. |
|
The winning team will play the
Celebrity Dream Team for the Final game, captained by Olympic Bronze Medalist 1992 and Montreal basketball champion Trevor Williams |

Great opportunity for a team building event for your company - benefitting the
Action Centre, a bilingual structured activity day centre, who supports Montreal’s
physically disabled. |

Additional fundraising encouraged -
Each Team will have their own page on the Chair Aware ChallengeTM website to
build support and donations. |
